Terms and Conditions

This agreement constitutes a binding contract between you (the “Guest”) and Villa Danginan & Dajanan Pemuteran (the “Host”). By making a booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Booking and Payment

  • A deposit of 50% of the total rental amount is required to confirm your booking.
  • The remaining 50% balance is due no later than 30 days prior to your check-in date.
  • If a booking is made less than 30 days before check-in, the full payment is required at the time of booking.
  • Failure to make the final payment by the due date will result in the cancellation of your reservation, and the deposit will be forfeited.
  • Accepted payment methods include credit/debit card and bank transfer. All payments are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) as specified at the time of booking.

2. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Cancellation more than 60 days before check-in: The deposit will be refunded in full.
  • Cancellation between 30 and 60 days before check-in: The 50% deposit is non-refundable.
  • Cancellation less than 30 days before check-in: The full booking amount (100%) is non-refundable.  
  • No-shows or early departures are non-refundable.
  • We strongly recommend all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking to cover unforeseen circumstances, including cancellations.  

3. Check-in and Check-out

  • Check-in: From 3:00 PM (15:00).  
  • Check-out: By 12:00 PM (Noon).  
  • Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and potential additional charges.

4. House Rules

  • Maximum Occupancy: The number of guests staying in the villa must not exceed the number stated in the booking confirmation.  
  • Parties and Events: Parties, events, or large gatherings are strictly prohibited unless explicitly approved in writing by the Host.  
  • Pets: Pets are not permitted on the property.  
  • Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the villas. Designated smoking areas are provided outdoors.
  • Noise and Conduct: Guests are expected to be respectful of the quiet and peaceful nature of the neighborhood. Excessive noise or disturbances may result in immediate eviction without a refund.  

5. Property Use and Guest Responsibility

  • Guests are responsible for keeping the property and its contents in good order and a clean condition.  
  • The Guest is liable for any damage, breakage, or loss to the villa property or its inventory caused by them or any member of their party. The cost of repair or replacement will be charged to the Guest.  
  • Illegal activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate eviction without a refund.

6. Liability

  • The Host shall not be held responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises.
  • The Host is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest.  
  • By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises. This includes, but is not limited to, the use of the private pool.  

7. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
